Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable wide range vibration damping by absorbing high-frequency low complitude vibration with vibrations of a plate material disposed between liquid chambers. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of circular holes 30 are formed on a bracket 28 disposed at the middle portion of a liquid chamber 26, and a cylinder 32 having a through hole 33 is secured to the central part of the bracket. A circular hole 42 of a partition plate 40 easy to vibrate in response to high-frequency low amplitude vibration is positioned between a collar portion 32A and an expanded diameter portion 36 of a cylinder 32, so that a liquid chamber 26 is partitioned into an upper liquid chamber 26A and a lower liquid chamber 26B by a partition plate 40. At the time of low-frequency high-amplitude vibration, the partition plate 40 is deformed and brought into contact with the cylinder 32, so that a liquid between the liquid chambers circulates through a through hole 33 to produce damping action. At the time of high-frequency low-amplitude vibration, the partition plate 40 is vibrated to absorb a change in volume of the liquid chamber to restrain a pressure rise.
