PURPOSE: To exhibit excellent vibration-proof property without reducing operability of operating handle by transmitting vibration transmitting from electric motor as a vibration source and reaping blade to main body rod in almost to vibration-proof rod before arriving at the operating handle and absorbing into elasticity of spring material.

CONSTITUTION: An electric motor 2 joined with a reaping blade 3 is installed at the top end of a main body rod 1 and an operating handle 6 grasped by operator is installed at the middle part of the main body rod 1. Then, a vibration-proof structure composed of a vibration-proof rod 8 having one end fixed at a position nearer to the top end of the main body rod 1 than an operating handle-fixing part 5 in the main body rod 1 and the other end installed to rear end direction of the main body rod 1 and spring materials 12 and 13 installed between said other end part of said vibration-proof rod 8 and the main body rod 1. As the result, excellent vibration-proof property is exhibited without reducing operability of the operating handle.
