To provide a vibration-proof panel that reduces impact and vibration applied to an article to be transported, by using an easily available, inexpensive, existing, and general-purpose pallet in a method for transporting an article loaded on a pallet.

The vibration-proof panel includes a box-shaped upper plate 2 formed from a top plate 2a and flanges 2b, and has vibration-proof function components in a space surrounded by the top plate 2a and the flanges 2b. The vibration-proof panel is inserted between an article and the pallet 8 for transporting the article loaded thereon. The vibration-proof panel is disposed so that the top plate 2a and flanges 2b cover the upper surface of the pallet 8 and some of the sides of the pallet 8. The vibration-proof function components include a plurality of elastomers 4 formed from a continuous outside circumference, a hollow plate 5 having a space through which air can pass, and a lower plate 7. They are disposed one on another in layers. The hollow plate 5 has vent holes 6 so that they are located in the inside circumferences of the elastomers 4. Air in a space closed by the upper plate 2, elastomers 4, hollow plate 5, and lower plate 7 enters from and escapes toward the outside via the vent holes 6 and space when the elastomers 4 deform.
