PURPOSE: To provide a vibration proof rubber composition forming vibration proof rubber suppressed in the rise of dynamic magnification so as to have rigidity and excellent fatigue resistance.

CONSTITUTION: A vibration proof rubber composition is provided with rubber elastic material and minute solids of 1μm-1000μm in the maximum dimension and 10 or less in an aspect ratio embedded dispersedly in the rubber elastic material. With the maximum dimension of the minute solids being 1μm or more, the rise of dynamic magnification is suppressed, but when the maximum dimension or aspect ratio of the minute solid becomes large, the fatigue resistance of the vibration proof rubber composition is gradually lowered. The vibration rubber composition can be used practically up to about 1000μm in the maximum dimension, desirably up to 100μm and further desirably 50μm or less. The aspect ratio is to be 10 or less, desirably 2 or less.
