PURPOSE: To apply the vibration mode practically equal in magnitude and opposite in phase to the vibration mode of the panel.
CONSTITUTION: A device applying the vibration opposite in phase to the vibration of the panel 30 of a vehicle to the panel 30 to reduce the vibration of the panel 30 is provided with a vibrating plate 20, spacers 22, and a mass body 24 applied to the vibrating plate 20. The vibrating plate 20 is constituted of two piezoelectric materials 26, 27. The piezoelectric materials 26, 27 are formed so that the shrinking force is generated in the direction along the surface when voltage is applied to them, and two piezoelectric materials 26, 27 are stuck to each other via an electrode 28 to form the vibrating plate 20. The spacers 22 are fixed to the vibrating plate 20 and the panel 30 respectively to form an interval between the vibrating plate 20 and the panel 30.
