Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration level at the measurement point different from the installation positions of vibration sources by controlling the driving frequencies of the vibration sources equally and also controlling the driving phases of the vibration sources below driving levels when the vibration sources are driven independently at the same time. SOLUTION: Production facilities 1 and 2 which are installed at different positions are driven by motors 1a and 2a whose driving frequencies can freely be adjusted. A controller 3 outputs rotation control information for controlling the driving frequencies of the motors 1a and 2a to the same frequency to inverters 6 and 7 according to rotation frequency from rotation information parts 4 and 5. Further, the controller 3 outputs rotation control information representing the phase of the driving of the motor 2a to the driving of the motor 1a which is so adjusted that the vibration levels at the installation positions 8 and 9 of the two production facilities 1 and 2 or a measurement point 10 different from the installation positions 8 and 9 is minimized.
