PURPOSE: To provide a vibration reduction device which can provide a sufficient vibration reduction effect even if the weight distribution of a vehicle is changed in a structure comprising an actuator for generating control vibrations with a phase opposite to that of transmitted vibrations transmitted to a predetermined site of the vehicle due to the vibration of an engine and drive signal generation means which generates a drive signal for driving the actuator.
CONSTITUTION: A correction means which corrects a drive signal for driving an actuator 3 depending upon the weight distribution of a car body is provided. The correction means is adapted to be a reference signal correction means 11 which corrects a reference signal supplied to an adaption control means 12 which generates an actuator drive signal, depending upon the wight distribution of the car body.
