Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration reduction device 1 which can properly operate, and properly damp torsional vibration.SOLUTION: A vibration reduction device 1 has a housing 2, an output hub 3, a main damper gear 4, a dynamic damper gear 5, and a hysteresis torque generating mechanism 8. Torsional vibration is input to the housing 2. The output hub 3 is disposed so as to rotate relative to the housing 2. The main damper gear 4 is disposed between the housing 2 and the output hub 3, and damps the torsional vibration input to the housing 2. The dynamic damper gear 5 absorbs the torsional vibration output from the main damper gear 4. The hysteresis torque generating mechanism 8 is configured to generate hysteresis torque during operation of the main damper gear 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A
