The vibration detected in vibration detection sensors 5 is converted to an electric amount and outputted to the controller 6 as vibration detection signals. The controller 6 identifies the vibration mode of the vibration generated at a main wing 1 and a tail wing 4 from the inputted vibration detection signals, calculates optimum command signals for suppressing the vibration and outputs them to the variable electric field generator 7 as the control signals. In the variable electric field generator 7, the electric field corresponding to the inputted control signals is generated and loaded on the function materials 8 arrayed similarly to the vibration detection sensors 5 and embedded in the main wing 1 and the tail wing 4, the actuator function is generated and the vibration generated in the main wing 1 and the tail wing 4 is suppressed or reduced.
