To enhance the life of a battery means serving as a driving power supply for longer application; to form easyly portable in terms of design for improving usability; and to enhance reliability.

A body case K is composed of a first housing means 3 and a second housing means 4 and is mounted on a stand 7. In the body case K are housed a lamp means 1 for illumination, a switching means 2 forming electrical conductivity or non-conductivity upon detecting vibration, a circuit means 5 for turning on and driving a lamp by means of the switching means 2, and a battery power supply means 6. The battery power supply means 6 is placed on one side of the body case K at its center. The switching means 2 is placed on the opposite position of the battery power supply means 6 arranged position.
