Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain color feeling having composite and variety in which retroreflected light and normally reflected light exist in mixture by generating not only the retroreflected light but also the normally reflected light.
CONSTITUTION: A structure of a coating film comprises a colored reflecting layer 2 formed on a predetermined board 1, retroreflecting materials 3, 3,... arranged uniformly and densely at a front layer side of the layer 2, and a clear layer 4 provided at the front layer side of the materials 3, 3,..., wherein luminance materials 6, 6,... having permeability and normal reflectivity are dispersively disposed in the layer 4.
