Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration type dewatering/drying device having a forcible drying function in addition to the functions of dewatering and screening resin pellets.
SOLUTION: This vibration type dewatering/drying device comprises: a drier body 10 having an inlet 11 and a pellet discharge opening 12; a punching plate 16 which has through-holes and on which the pellets containing the cooling water introduced from the inlet 11 are mounted; a cooling water discharge opening 13 for discharging the cooling water; a vibrator 30 for vibrating the punching plate 16 to convey the pellets toward the pellet discharge opening 12; a hot air inflow opening 10a which is disposed at one side of the punching plate 16 and blasts out a hot air to accelerate the drying of pellets on the punching plate 16; and a hot air discharge opening 10b connected to an exhausting device 53 for discharging the hot air supplied from the inflow opening 10a.
