PURPOSE: To sufficiently spread the output of mechanical vibration and prevent the leakage of liquid by forming a transmission chamber by arranging the large and small pistons in a cylinder, and arranging a rubber elastic body, etc., in the transmission chamber, and arranging a piezoactuator for driving the large diameter piston.
CONSTITUTION: As for a vibrationproof device 10, small diameter and large diameter pistons 14 and 16 are arranged in vertically slidable manner at the small diameter and large diameter opened ports formed in the upper and lower parts of a cylinder 12. A transmission chamber 18 is formed between both the pistons 14 and 16, and a rubber elastic body 20 is arranged inside. Further, the lower part of the cylinder 12 is formed to a cylindrical form, and a cylindrical holder 22 is arranged inside. Further, inside the holder 22, a piezoactuator 26 is arranged through a sleeve 24, and an actuator cap 28 is guided over the sleeve 24. While, a top flange 32 is installed through a supporting rubber 30 on the upper surface of the cylinder 12, and a screw part 34 is projectingly installed at the center.
