Abstract:
PURPOSE:To restrain an impact which is applied on a bearing by forming a pressure chamber which is filled with liquid inside each sleeve and installing inside the pressure chamber a piston which abuts the resilient member and a rotor supporting member. CONSTITUTION:A vibro-isolating device is provided with bearings 3a and 3b which support a high speed rotor 1 having a vertical shaft, and with sleeves 8a and 8b which are disposed at the supporting part supporting said rotor 1 and which engage said bearings 3a and 3b, respectively. In such vibro-isolating device, pressure chambers 12a and 12b are formed inside said sleeves 8a and 8b, respectively. And pistons 11a and 11b which abut resilient members 10a and 10b placed inside the pressure chambers and the high speed rotor supporting parts, respectively are mounted in the pressure chambers 12a and 12b as movable into and out of them. Each of the pressure chambers is filled with liquid, which may be released outside when a pressure is applied in the pressure chamber.
