To charge an appropriate fee for results desired by a user in a moving image data analysis processing service.SOLUTION: A moving image analysis service providing system 1 comprises: a request accepting unit 2 which accepts an analysis request for moving image data from a user; an analysis processing unit 3 which performs analysis processing on the moving image data to detect a specific movement of an object included in a moving image represented by the moving image data; an analysis data providing unit 4 which provides analysis data to the user; and a charging information determination unit 5 which uses the analysis data to determine a usage fee to be charged to the user or use right of the user corresponding to the usage fee on the basis of a value indicating an amount of the specific movement of the object detected by the analysis processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
