To provide a video audio apparatus in which movement instruction operation of a cursor on a menu screen and instruction operation of other processing are performed by using an operation key used for movement instruction operation of the cursor on the menu screen without deleting the menu screen by a user while the menu screen is displayed.
The apparatus body comprises: an enter key 25 which is first touched by a user at the time of a flick operation; and keys 21-24 touched after a touch to the enter key 25. When a user performs the flick operation using the keys 21-24 and the enter key 25 while the menu screen is displayed, channel-up, channel-down, volume-up, or volume-down processing is performed. When the user performs an individual touch operation to the keys 21-24, movement processing to the upper, lower, right, or left operation of the cursor on the menu screen is performed.
