The video data service system or the like includes: a web server for providing a web page for registering a member authenticated as a copyright holder as a first member; an encoding server for inserting an identifier representing the copyright holder corresponding to the first member into first format video data uploaded from the first member, and for encoding them into second format video data; a media file server for storing therein the encoded second format video data; and a DB server for storing therein first member information inputted by the first member and storing link information for accessing the second format video data on a web.
