Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a vertical frequency parabolic voltage generation circuit for landing control of a electron beam on a cathode-ray tube display face. CONSTITUTION: A circuit constitution IC1 which generates a saw-tooth vertical deflecting current iV flowing to a vertical deflecting winding LV, a DC stop capacitor CV, and a deflecting current sampling resistance RS are included, and the emitter electrode of a transistor TR Q3 is connected between the deflecting winding and the capacitor, and the base electrode of the TR Q3 is connected to between the capacitor and the resistance. A collector current iC of this TR is changed by the parabola of a vertical frequency, and its DC average value is determined by the DC average value of the voltage generated in the capacitor. This collector current is applied to right and left raster distortion correcting circuits to modulate the amplitude of the horizontal deflecting current.
