PURPOSE: To prevent the function lowering of a video display device by surely preventing the rise of the temperatures in the video source, semiconductor and electronic circuit, etc., of the video display device.
CONSTITUTION: A tubular radiator 14a is installed inside a video display device 1a, a screen 3 is installed on the front side of a body 2a which is nearly rectangular from a side view, a mirror 4 is on the right side, and a lens 5, a cooling unit 6a, a CRT 7 and a semiconductor 8 are arranged inside. The cooling unit 6a is provided successively with a tubular radiator 14a via a heat conductor 15 and a semiconductor 8 is arranged in contact with the tubular radiator 14. The heat generated in the CRT 7 is transmitted to the tubular radiator 14a via the cooling unit 6a and the heat conductor 15, and the heat from the semiconductor 8 is directly transmitted to the tubular radiator 14a and it is radiated within the tubular radiator 14a.
