To reflect reactions of spectators in distribution of a moving image.SOLUTION: A viewer reaction acquisition unit 20 acquires reactions of viewers of a moving image. A reaction collection unit 40 collects the magnitudes of the reactions of the viewers for each player or team supported by the viewers. A display mode change unit 80 changes a display mode in response to the magnitude of the reactions for each player or team.
