CONSTITUTION: Coefficient data for changing the display coordinate of image data stored in an image data video RAM 22 are generated and stored in a memory part 26 and corresponding to a picture change starting decision, a CPU 32 performs program processing to the coefficient data in the memory part 26 and stores those data in a coefficient data video RAM 29. Then, an arithmetic part 36 changes the display coordinate of image data based on the coefficient data and corresponding to a video signal from a video processor 37, a TV monitor 24 displays those data on a prescribed track.
