To disclose a method and a device for generating a moving image, in which a facial expression moving image being sharp, real, and superior in effect can be generated and which is related to an artificial intelligence technology field such as computer vision, voice, augmented reality, and deep depth learning.SOLUTION: A method according to the present application includes the steps of: processing a material to be processed and generating a normalized text; analyzing the normalized text and generating a Chinese pin-in sequence of the normalized text; generating a reference sound based on the material to be processed; and obtaining the facial expression moving image corresponding to the time series of the reference sound based on the Chinese pin-in sequence and the reference sound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
