PURPOSE: To provide a video-photographic player capable of giving presence to a viewer.

CONSTITUTION: This video-photographic player is provided with an image pickup means optically projecting an image recorded on a photographic film 6 to an elelctric imaging device 12, converting the image into a video signal and outputting it, and a film feeding means feeding the film 6 at least by one frame to an image pickup position and capable of feeding the film in forward and backward directions; and it is also provided with a sound synthesis means 32 artificially outputting the shutter release sound of a camera in synchronism with film frame feeding action.
