PURPOSE: To realize an inexpensive video projection controller by providing plural electric devices outputting a video signal and an infrared ray remote controller receiving a signal from the controller and outputting an infrared ray drive signal to the electric device to the controller.

CONSTITUTION: First video deck 7, a 2nd video deck 8 of two kinds, a laser disk player 9 and a BS tuner 10 are combined, plural electric devices are driven by one infrared ray remote controller 12 based on a control signal according to the program of a microcomputer 14. As a result, the drive control is made efficient with respect to the plural electric devices and it is not required to connect the microcomputer 14 and the electric device with complicated wiring and the inexpensive video projection controller is realized. The combination of the electric devices and the video time or the like are set freely, and the video image is displayed on a window glass of a show window or a shop front so as to be observed from the exterior part, then the direction rich in an unexpected event for an advertisement medium or the like is implemented.
