Abstract:
To enable easy playback of a video data which includes additional information to a stereo-photographed video data for a general-purpose applications, while maintaining compatibility with an existing apparatus.
The apparatus receives a multiplexed data including the video data and the additional information in a data receiver 151, and separates the video data from the additional information in a data separator 152. A controller 153 controls a video converter 155 based on the additional information, and displays onto a display unit 156 after converting the video data to a display format.
