PURPOSE: To prepare a video with a title without spoiling the picture quality of the video at the time of reproduction by providing a memory card which records input video signals as binarized data and a means which outputs the video signals from the memory card after synthesizing the video signals with reproduced signals from a main storing medium.

CONSTITUTION: The 1st and 2nd switches SW1 and SW2 are connected to a V-terminal side at the time of reproduction. Binarized data are recorded on a memory card 9. Signals reproduced from a magnetic tape 12 are inputted to a reproduced signal processing circuit 15 through a REC/PB AMP 13 and synchronizing signals are fetched from the reproduced signals. The address control circuit 10 of the card 9 is operated with the synchronizing signals. Then the picture in which a title is to be written is found while reproduced pictures reproduced based on the reproduced signals are watched and, when the picture is displayed, the data of the card 9 are inputted to the circuit 15 through a P/S converter 8 and line-outputted after the data are synthesized with the reproduced signals from the card 9. Therefore, a video with a title can be watched without spoiling the picture quality at the time of reproduction.
