Abstract:
To prevent the deterioration of reproduced picture quality without a time difference in respective video signals by temporarily accumulating the video signals from plural television cameras and encoding and transmitting them as one screen.
The video signals from the television cameras 11-14 are temporarily accumulated in the memories 41-44. Control parts 51-54 control the writing and reading of the memories 41-44. A selection part 6 selects the video signals which are read from the memories 41-44 corresponding to the plural television cameras 11-14 and constitutes one screen. Then, an encoding part 7 encodes the video signals constituting one screen from the selection part 6 and transmits them.
