To provide a video system and an on-vehicle video system to restrain degree of touch panel operation by a user of a driver's seat interrupting video appreciation by an assistant driver's seat user.
A display device 7 capable of simultaneously displaying two picture images having two angles of visibility is used as the display device 7. A control device 1 temporarily stops regenerating motion of a DVD video player 3 and reopens the regenerating motion of the DVD video player 3 after waiting completion of operation of the user of the driver's seat when the tough panel 8 arranged on a display screen of the display device 7 is operated by the user of the driver's seat while a regenerated picture image of the DVD video player 3 is output to the user of the assistant driver's seat and an output picture image of a navigation device 2 is output to the user of the driver's seat by using the display device 7.
