To provide a vinegar, soft-shelled turtle and honey health food product that has solved the problems of the acidic taste and odor caused by the vinegar and the spoilage and unpleasant smell of the soft-shelled turtle and honey food product and has excellent nutritive value and manifests pharmaceutical and immunological effect.
The objective vinegar, soft-shelled turtle and honey health food product comprises vinegar and soft-shelled turtle-honey product at a mass ratio of 1/1.7-1/4.0 and is produced through the following steps: (1) an acidic solution is added to crushed soft-shelled turtle meat to maintain the pH at 4-5 and the mixture is liquefied by the autolysis at a temperature of ≤50°C and filtered before it is combined with honey; (2) the blood of the turtle is admixed to honey at a temperature of ≤50°C so that the sugar content may exceed 60% whereby the blood-honey mixture is prepared; and (3) the autolytic honey mixture and the blood honey mixture are mixed at a temperature of ≤50°C.
