PURPOSE: To obtain a vinyl chloride-based resin composition providing a molded article having excellent flame retardance, impact resistance and heat resistance, comprising a vinyl chloride-based resin having a specific chlorine content, a specific flame-retardant and a polymer prepared by grafting a monomer on a composite material of a silicone rubber and acrylic ruber.
CONSTITUTION: (A) A vinyl chloride-based resin having 50-73wt.% of chlorine content in an amount of 100 pts.wt. of is mixed with (B) 5-120 pts.wt. of one or more flame-retardants selected from magnesium hydroxide, hydrotalcite, antimony oxide, a molybdenum compound and a bromine compound and (C) 1-30 pts.wt. of a graft polymer prepared by subjecting 90-5 pts.wt. of a vinyl- based monomer to graft polymerization onto 10-95 pts.wt. of composite rubber having 0.07-0.8μm average particle diameter, ≥80wt.% gel fraction and a structure of 1-50wt.% of a polyorganosiloxane rubber and 99-50wt.% of a polyalkyl (meth)acrylate rubber entangled in a network state and inseparable to give the objective vinyl chloride-based resin composition having excellent flame retardancy and evolving a small amount of HC1 in combustion.
