To provide a vinyl chloride-based resin composition containing materials derived from non-petroleum materials in a high rate, and especially having excellent cold resistance, heat aging resistance and bleeding resistance.

The vinyl chloride-based resin composition contains 100 pts.mass of a vinyl chloride resin as a component (a), 30-150 pts.mass of a component (b) consisting of a non-glycerol ester of a castor oil fatty acid as a component (b-1), and at least one plasticizer selected from the group consisting of a phthalic acid ester-based plasticizer, aliphatic dibasic acid ester-based plasticizer, trimellitic acid ester-based plasticizer and macromolecular polyester-based plasticizer as a component (b-2), and 1-4 pts.mass of a stabilizer as a component (c), regulated so that the component (b-1) may be 80-30 mass%, and the component (b-2) may be 20-70 mass% when the total proportion of the components (b-1) and (b-2) is 100 mass%.
