PURPOSE:To improve the impact and weather resistances, moldability and surface smoothness of the subject composition by preparing the same from a vinyl chloride resin, an acrylic reinforcement, a specific organotin mercaptocarboxylate, TiO2 and phthalic anhydride. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin having an average polymerization degree of 500-1500 is blended with 12-30 pts.wt. acrylic reinforcement of a (multigrafted) copolymer comprising mainly of an alkyl (meth)acrylate, 1-5 pts.wt. organotin mercaptocarboxylate of formula I and/or II (wherein each of R<1>, R<2> and R<5> is 1-18C alkyl; each of R<3>, R<4> and R<6>-R<8> is 1-18 C alkyl, alkenyl or 1-4C alkoxyl; and (n) is 1 or 2), 1-5 pts.wt. TiO2 having an average particle size of 0.2-1.0mum and 0.05-1 pt.wt. phthalic anhydride.
