To provide a virtual space providing system, method, and a program that can strengthen the relationship between users communicating through a virtual space and can improve the quality of the users' recognition experience.SOLUTION: In a virtual space providing system, a VR computer comprises: an object association unit that associates at least one object with each of a plurality of users; an object specification unit that specifies a second object associated with a second user of the plurality of users, the second object capable of communicating with a first object associated with a first user of the plurality of users; a virtual space definition unit that defines a virtual space including the first object and a virtual viewpoint of the specified second object; an acquisition unit that acquires expression information on respective expressions given by the first user and the second user; and an object control unit that controls, based on the acquired expression information, the first object and the second object according to the expressions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
