Abstract:
To provide an accurate inspection method capable of detecting at real time, from a sample, a virus DNA, antigen and antibody, without performing DNA amplification and blood collection, and putting the sample into an agent, unlike the prior arts in which in real time PCR inspection/antigen inspection/antibody inspection, DNA amplification, blood collection and putting the sample into the agent, are required.SOLUTION: There is provided an accurate inspection method in which a mucilage of a nose or a saliva collected, is put into a transparent sample container 1, then, three-dimensional molecule conformation analysis of the virus DNA/antigen is executed by a laser microscopic scanning type DNA/antigen three-dimensional molecule conformation data measurement/transmission and reception unit 2. In addition, a user's finger is put into a cylindrical recess part 4 of a magnetic resonance microscopic scanning type antibody three-dimensional molecule conformation data measurement/transmission and reception unit 3, for performing three-dimensional molecule conformation analysis of the antibody in blood. Then, the analyzed data is sent to a final analyzer 5 via a high speed network for final analysis, and therefore, detection of the virus DNA, antigen and antibody can be accurately executed at real time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
