Abstract:
To: form a fibrous web using viscose rayon in which a transverse cross-section preferably has a single structure, the degree of roughness of the transverse cross-section as calculated from the equation being 2.0 or less; integrate the fibrous web by, e.g., interlacing the fibers constituting the fibrous web with each other; and obtain a non-woven fabric that becomes the base material of a liquid-impregnated sheet, the transparency of the liquid-impregnated sheet in a wet state being further improved. Roughness degree = L2/(4π・S) (In the equation, L is the circumference of the transverse cross-section, and S is the area of the transverse cross-section.)
