Title:
VISCOUS RUBBER DAMPER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3766928
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscous rubber damper capable of achieving a necessary bondability (adhesive force) dispensing with vulcanized adhesion to be applied between a hub part and/or damper mass part and vulcanized rubber part.
SOLUTION: The viscous rubber damper comprises a hub part 12 combined with a rotary shaft, a vulcanized rubber part 14 bonded to the hub part 12, damper masses 16, 18 bonded to the vulcanized rubber part 14, and a viscous fluid part 22 filled in a gap formed by the parts 12, 14, 16 and 18. The vulcanized rubber part 14 is formed of a rubber compound based on a nonpolar rubber containing a higher fatty acid processing aid, and bonded to the hub part 12 and damper mass part 16 through a bonding layer (adhesive layer) consisting of a moisture hardening adhesive.
