Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of the twist of a visor owing to reduction of a mounting member through simple structure, in a falling type door mirror wherein a mounting member is supported rotatably around a fulcrum axis which a state fixed to a car body has and a visor is fixed to the mounting member.
CONSTITUTION: A mounting member 2 is fixed to mounting bosses 3b and 3c formed in two spots, situated in a vertical direction, in the vicinity of the rotation center of a visor 3 by means of a screw. An angle regulating mechanism is fixed to mounting bosses 3e-3h formed in four spots outside the mounting bosses 3b and 3c for the mounting member 2. In the mounting bosses 3e-3h, two bosses in each lot are coupled to one of the mounting bosses 3b and 3c for the mounting member 2 by means of ribs 3i-3l.
