Abstract:
To provide a visual field inspection system and method, with which it is not necessary for a subject to gaze at the fixation point and it is not necessary for the subject to autochthonously answer to a doctor.
This visual field inspection system is provided with a means for presenting an image including the gaze point to the subject, a means for presenting an optotype within the range of a prescribed visual field for the gaze point to the subject, a means for detecting the reaction of the examinee in response to the presentation of the optotype to the subject and a means for generating information showing the range of the visual field of the subject on the basis of the reaction of the a subject.
