PURPOSE: To call a called party individually by displaying audibly an incoming call of a telephone line by a voice of content registered in advance.

CONSTITUTION: After a reply tone is sent to a telephone line B, a telephone set A awaits the arrival of a designation number by the dialing of the caller. When the caller dials a designation number and the designation number is received by a dial receiving circuit 3, an MPU 12 detects it as the presence of reception (YES) to control a changeover circuit 8 and to connect a speaker 7 to a voice synthesis circuit 5 and to read out the storage data of the address of the registration memory 4 corresponding to the received designation number by the circuit 3. Then a voice synthesis circuit 5 is controlled to send a message corresponding to the storage data to the speaker 7 via the circuit 8. Thus, the voice of the message (designated voice) designated by the said designation number is sounded from the speaker 7.
