PURPOSE: To obtain necessary information entirely at random from stored voice or/and picture information, by outputting the voice or/and picture information designated by a random number generating means.

CONSTITUTION: When a starting circuit 1 (ST) is started, a numerical value of a specified range is generated by a random number generating circuit 2 (RND). This value is used as a parameter for calculating an address of a storage device 4 (MADR) which is a storing place of voice information by a central processing unit 3 (CPU). By this address value, one of the voice information VOICE 1W VOICE 100 stored in a storage device 5 is selected, is sent to a sounding device 7 (SP) through a voice converting circuit 6 (VC), and the voice information VOICE is reproduced.
