PURPOSE: To reduce a space and to prevent lowering of the coefficient of recognition owing to noise by providing each seat of a vehicle with a voice input means, a means to transmit the starting of a voice input to a voice recognizing part, a noise removing means, and a noise input shutting off means.

CONSTITUTION: A voice is inputted by one of voice input parts 3a - 3d, the section of the voice is detected by means of section detecting parts Za- Zd, and a voice is recognized by a voice recognizing part 1. Since voice input parts 3a - 3d are installed to each seat of a vehicle, there is no need to install a plurality of voice recognizing parts, resulting in reduction of a cost. Switches 5a - 5d serving as a voice input starting transmitting means are provided, and one of the voice input parts 3a - 3d is brought into state to be capable of inputting a voice. A voice is inputted and a section is detected by a detecting part 2 to perform recognition of a voice by means of a voice recognizing part 1. A noise removing part 6 is newly provided, a voice from the voice input part 3a is inputted to a user seating a seat and noises inputted from the input parts 3b - 3d of other seats are removed.
