PURPOSE: To surely record a prescribed message to a sound source device of an exchange by remote control.

CONSTITUTION: The controller is provided with an ON/OFF signal detection section 20 detecting an ON/OFF signal of a start section 10 started to update a message by remote control, a control signal transmission control section 30 started by a detection signal and providing an output of a control signal, and a control section transmission section 50 receiving the control signal to send a prescribed sound recording control section to a sound source device 90, and also with a timer section 40 started by the control signal of the control signal transmission control section 30 and initializing the control signal transmission control section 30 after the relapse of a prescribed time, and a sound source changeover section 60 controlled by the control signal from the control signal transmission control section 30 and giving selectively a prescribed reproduction output of each reproduction output from plural voice storage sections storing in advance a required message respectively to a sound recording terminal of the sound source device 90.
