The control section 106 searches the expected word DB 111 on the basis of inquiry word and responding word, and processing to be performed is determined. The expected word DB 111 can store a status data used for determining the processing to be performed. The control section 106 may generate an expected word table 111C corresponding to the response word. The inquiry word and the expected word may compose a hierarchical structure in the expected word DB.
