The vapor pressure at the normal temperature of the volatile medicine B is not higher than that of a volatile medicine A. A humidity sensitive film, which is changed in the penetration amount of the volatile medicines A and B by a change in humidity, is provided to the outside of a volatilization amount control film and the volatile medicine A stagnated in a space part is preferentially released to the outside sustainedly from the humidity sensitive film corresponding to a change in the humidity environment of the outside. In this volatile medicine sustained release member, the volatile medicine B is released to the outside in a sustained state when the volatile medicine A becomes a definite amount or below and the user feels the smell of the volatile medicine B to sense that the residual amount of the volatile medicine A becomes the definite amount or below.
