Abstract:

To provide a compact recovery process of VOC with a high energy efficiency and high reliability by accomplishing continuous recovery of VOC and reducing maintenance by a use method with a high efficiency of an adsorbent and a regeneration method with a high efficiency using a simple function.

The process for recovering the volatile organic compound from air containing a moisture content and the volatile organic compound has at least three adsorption towers filled with the adsorbent and a cooling condensation means for recovering the volatile organic compound. The process includes at least a predetermined step and in the process, at least one adsorption column of the adsorption columns is applied to a regeneration step, another at least one adsorption column is applied to a guard step and at least one or more remaining adsorption column is applied to an adsorption step and these steps are successively switched.
