Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage application apparatus which can sense a reduction in an insulation property of an insulation part for insulating a lead connected to an electrode from the outside and improve noise resistance in the voltage application apparatus applying a voltage from the electrode to a human body.SOLUTION: In a voltage application apparatus 1, an application electrode 30 outputs an applied voltage applied to a human body, a control part 40 is housed in a body part 10, a power source part 20 is housed in the body part 10 and connected to the control part 40, lead parts 38, 39 electrically connect the application electrode 30 and the control part 40, a sensing electrode 80 is connected to a ground terminal 40a of the control part 40, an insulation part 70 covers the lead parts 38, 39 and the sensing electrode 80 and insulates the lead parts 38, 39 and the sensing electrode 80 from the outside, and the control part 40 detects electrical conduction between the sensing electrode 80 and at least one of the human body 2 and the application electrode 30, and senses that an insulation property of the insulation part 70 is reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
