Abstract:
To provide a voltage control method and the like for distribution transformation facility capable of detecting signs and occurrence of flicker and performing appropriate voltage control.SOLUTION: A voltage control method for a distribution transformation facility (1) that transforms extra-high voltage power of an extra-high voltage power system into high-voltage power of a high-voltage power system linked to a photovoltaic power generation facility by a transformer (21, 31, 41) includes the steps of: controlling a secondary voltage V2 of the transformer on the basis of a reference value determined according to an active power P on the secondary side of the transformer; determining occurrence or a sign of voltage flicker on the basis of a primary side voltage V1 or the secondary side voltage V2 of the transformer; and increasing the reference value when the occurrence or the sign of voltage flicker exists.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
