Abstract:
To suppress the increase of the charging/discharging current of the capacitor of a voltage-controlled oscillation circuit even when increasing its oscillation frequency.
The voltage-controlled oscillation circuit for oscillating the charging voltage of its capacitor at the frequency responding to its input voltage has a charging/discharging circuit for so charging/discharging repeatedly its capacitor that the minimum voltage of the charging voltage of its capacitor becomes a first voltage and the maximum voltage of the charging voltage of its capacitor becomes a second voltage higher than the first voltage, and has a controlling circuit for controlling the difference between the first and second voltages in response to its input voltage.
