Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the fluctuation of the current output due to temperature by constituting the circuit with transistors(TR) being components of a differential pair, a current conversion resistor and a current mirror.

CONSTITUTION: With an input voltage VC is fed between bases 2, 3 of a couple of TRs Q1, Q2 forming a differential pair, a current IS determined by the input voltage VC and a current conversion resistor RE flows. The current IC2 flowing to the TR Q2 by the current IS is made equal. Part of the current IC, flowing to the collector side of the other TR Q1 is fed to a current amplifier, the current flowing to both the TRs Q1, Q2 is made equal by the current amplifier, the base-emitter voltage of the TRs Q1, Q2 is made equal and the difference between the base-emitter voltages is made zero. The collector current is fed to an active load, the current proportional to the collector current, that is, a current output IO flows to the output TR Q8. Thus, the fluctuation of the current output due to temperature is eliminated.
