Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to accurately measure the voltage whether insulating tube is stained or it rains and to decrease the heat generation loss by incasing the voltage divider part into earthed metallic vessel to separate the divider from the earth of the measuring system and by circulating the gas filled in the vessel space.
